Sonnet 1

This my first (Fairly bad) attempt at a sonnet. No, I am not depressed. I just wanted to write something like this.

Again and again, the pain never ends,

For a little thing, broken is my heart.

A long time it will take until it mends;

I hope we do not remain worlds apart.

But I should not fear, it has always been

Like this since the beginning of my life.

I hope things will change when I enter in

The place that comes beyond the pain and strife.

It’s hard to believe that there was a time

Where you were the brightest of all the stars;

Reliving memories is not a crime

For I really don’t care about the scars.

After the storm, I will go back to you

And I’ll remain by your side, through and through.
