Eternal Blossom, Come To End

Eternal Blossom, Come To End

A Poem by RA Fernandez

O' sweet flower, why dost thou wilt?
Thy sweet fragrance breaks apart the world's
Painful monotony. Oh how you died
And lived again, thy scent was everlasting.

No hand planted thee for thou dropped
From the sky by fate. Never has a flower
Bloomed so sweet and beautifully, nor
Approached death so elegantly.

Despite your singularity and mortality,
Thou art perfect. Thou art divine.
Never again shall there be a flower like thou.
If thou come to live again,

Wait I shall;
Praise I shall,

Thy beauty,
Thy being,
Thy existence...

"O' sweet flower, why dost thou wilt?"
Interesting writing style. It's not so common anymore.

Tip: the periods in the middle of the lines in the first and second stanzas are a bit awkward. Well penned other than that!
