The Immortal Girl 2

The Immortal Girl 2

A Poem by Louise Smith
"

Another version of the Immortal Girl poem I had written.

"

Loved ones wrinkled or covered in wreathes,

Streets bustling but empty as she walks through the square,

The world betters itself as she breathes,

But she doesn't care.

Who ever wishes to be dead?

Only those who can't jump off the beam,

Lonlier than she ever was, but one friend,

Who could take away her childish dream.
