DualismA Poem by QuothCorvidWho am I
Embedded in monotony I'm not who I thought I was going to be Individualistic, self contained and self determined Where is the women who is independent? Enshrined with in my heart Did she only exist inside my mind? Push away the mist of longing and fantasy I see her the shade of what could have been Artisan, creator, inventor Would I give up who I am to be her Other, the good side, the evil side no just the other side She is real, just buried Crushed beneath the everyday Can I combine her with who I am now Coalesce she with me Will I loose myself to her She can liberate or confiscate © 2010 QuothCorvidReviews
