When Angels Stay Forgotten

When Angels Stay Forgotten

A Poem by Sirajudin Matin

As blanket falls upon my face,

My lungs forget the air,

There is only I around me,

Who knows if you are there.

In darkness waits an echo,

And if face had matched the voice,

Can eyes distinguish all that’s lost?

When angels stay forgotten?

You have a very strong use of emotion.
Good, subtle word choice.

Granted, this could be anything, you should tell me the inspiration.
