When I DaydreamA Poem by Quilled_PenmanWhen I daydream of you, I find infinate beauty. When I Daydream When I daydream, You are right here, Subtle and refined, Love can’t forbear, If our hearts strum, Its perpetual swing, It plays my melody, Of love and lasting. When I daydream, The pleasure I see, It’s honey-dew lips, From one so pretty. Beautify my world, Don’t double back, Fetch me adoringly, Applying your tact. We’ll build our nest, Revel love unlaced, Sample its element, Coax love retraced. Let’s make paradise, This lush fertile sea, Find the focal points, Of life’s pursuit gaily. We’ll daydream for, A partnership niche, That subsists off us, Sultry and enriched. Daydream of living, Emblazing tenderly, Our images of love, Seizing wonderfully. Daydream to excel, Muster your power, Hold my heart taut, Every waking hour. I won’t ever give up, With you at my side, Your move’s crucial, I am here to confide. Dream of our place, Imagine the calling, The serenity is ours, Reward is befalling. Loyalty has traction, If steps curve uphill, Dream of fun times, Indulging life’s-thrill. Destine our dreams, Where best you see, I’ll commit my future, If you’ll consider me. Sept-2-2012 by Quilled_Penman©Glen King © 2013 Quilled_Penman |
