Short and powerful. Even though it is dark, it has shades of hope, when you use words like beautiful, pure, lovely, joy. Darkness and light walk hand in hand. Without light darkness wouldn't exist. Am sure you will find your light very soon.
This has some amazing images, starting with "water color wonders drip from my eyes..." I feel the darkness, but I can see this taking many directions. Odd, it has me thinking about birth - "watery screams of joy for a life ended..." A baby's life as she knows it "ends" in a "watery scream of joy". This is an intriguing piece, Riley!
