Tide

Tide

A Poem by Alice Locke
"

A short poem of the tide, of the tiredless relenting of the waves. I don't know why I wrote it.

"

Do the waves

Ever get tired

Of rising and falling

Dividing rejoining

Separating correlating

Dissociating affiliating?

Probably not

But I wonder.

The sea is always a good place to go. Few things can change. I like the vision create by the poem. Always good to visit the ocean in thought and if lucky. In body. Thank you for the excellent poem.

I find it therapeutic to watch the waves...there is something mesmerizing about the ebb and flow of the sea. Wonderful write!

Seperating to just recollect would , to me , become tiresome . I think this is a nice little poem that is full of thought . Good job Alice !
