What Was I To You

What Was I To You

What Was I To You
What was I to you
Just some girl you met
You just came around
To get what you wanted
And your just going to leave now
You know I thought you were different
You made me believe that you were
I should have known this
When you said “I don’t want to hurt you”
When you should of said “I wont hurt you”
I guess I didn’t  see your honesty
You filled my heart with so much hope
But now all of that is crushed
Why did you lead me on
When you knew I wasn’t what you wanted
I told you everything about me
I kept letting you inside
Because you said I could trust you
I even told you about all the hurt
You knew about all the others
But your just like them
What was I to you
Just some game to play
Then throw me away
When you beat it
You almost made me fall for you
But now it may never happen
If I had said this all in front of you
Would you have grabbed me and held me
Or would you have just walked away
Just like your doing now..

Some question need to be ask first. We are living in a use and walk away world. We need to ask a few questions before we go too far. A powerful poem.

Ugh, this has happened to me before. I hate it when guys are like this, and that's why I can't trust most of them. This is a really wonderful poem because I can feel the deep emotion in it and I can relate to it very well.
