Have you noticed that
We all have the same friends
Some way or the other
We all ended up meeting

 

He says hello to her
She reviews his work
He returns the favor
And it repeats

 

The first thing we do
When we get home from
A long day at work
We come here for comfort

 

I see everyone in a light
You all glow to me
With the talented writes
And the unforgotten charm

 

I can’t explain what
A lot of you mean to me
With all of the great feedback
I would be no where without you

 

All of you inspire me
You make me want
To keep writing poetry
Because of what you all say

It comforting to know that there is a place where people like us can go and share in the world of creativity. What your poem explains is the feeling I am sure so many of us share about this site. Even when I leave for a little while it is never to far from my heart. When I return I feel like a kid in a candy store. I wrote how I feel but your poem says it all.
