I’m Going Down
Am I really ready for all of this?
To take chances like theses
The people I’ve been meeting
Are just going to tear my heart up
A few already have..
I just have this bad feeling
Where I’m going down
In any way or any form
With anyone I come contact with
Are you really who you say you are?
Do you really want more than that?
Did you really mean you won’t hurt me?
You say I can trust you, but can I?
Are you just here to break my heart?
Who are you and what do you want?
Yeah, I’m going down..
Its hard enough to face this
Why make it more difficult by doing so
I try to find reason in everything
But none of it answers any of it
All of you are going to take me down
Just shove me in that dark corner
That I remember oh so well..
Please, don’t put me there..
I dread this part
Where to find someone
You have to go through all the hurt
Before you find the right one
When is that ever going to happen?
Why is it so hard to find that one?
Who is faithful and trust worthy?
And that is more interested in
The feeling than anything else.
I just see myself falling so deep
Because I’m going down..
