I Won't Quit

No matter what..

I Won't Quit
Sometimes when I work
Too much and all day
My body just feels like
It wants to quit
I feel like
My body will collapse
My legs won’t lift up another step
And my arms and hands are sore
The muscles are stiff
And I think I’m falling
But for some reason
All of me keeps going
Everything hurts
But I force myself to move
Even when I become dizzy
Everything around me is spinning
And my stomach aches
It’s the worst feeling in the world
Then when I get home
And I see my family
All the feeling calms
To make them happy
When I come home
Is the best feeling in the world

Very nicely portrait and well written. So many positive attitude can be felt in your poem. It shows the warmness and the determination that lives deep down within you. This same feeling have been my constant companion when i start living on my own from the age of 18th. I let the suffering and hardship takes toll on me- physically and mentally, as much as they can and... i tame them and make it my strength.
Thanks for once again reminding me not 'to quite'.
Thanks for sharing.
