Our Future Love

When I get to be
Broken, beaten, and worthless..
And what gets me through the day
Is thinking of our future love
I didn’t think love would have
Found me this early in life..
A few months ago,
I didn’t want anything to do with love
Because of what my ex did to me..
I forgot what love was,
But this man that I’ve met
Has changed my whole life..
All of the words that I have written
About hurt and pain about love
Are simply just words now..
We have fought three times
Since we have been together..
After each fight,
We said that we love each other
It didn’t matter if we were mad
We still said it..
Nothing is big enough to tear us apart
It doesn’t matter if we don’t have everything figured out
He comes to me on January 7th 2009..
That is the day our future love begins
And we will cherish every minute of it.

Look at it this way, every couple fights. It is how you resolve it that matters.

I'm glad you are happy. that is how it should be. good luck!

The count down begins QP. I will pray that the days fly by until Jan 7th. I look forward to reading the poem his arrival will inspire. Make sure you come back after the honeymoon. -smile-

:) ... sweet, its natural to fight but when you love, you respect. To fight is natural once you respect each other and know that deep inside you meant to be toghther. I am sure all we be good, and you will have each other forever .... Yossi
