Stephni's ExileA Story by Bryanna - QueenStephniThis is the history of a role play character i use quite often online.Sighing, Stephni stood her back pressed against the cold glass of the mansion's window, she could hear below the calls from her oldest brother. Thinking softly, "Why wont he let up, i'm not going to be with him like that.' She looks out watching him cross the courtyard feet below. Her brother had always found her attractive but she had never thought the same of him and with the sudden proposal for marraige between them, she had freaked, running from the family's mansion to her favourite hiding place. she hadn't thought he would find her but obviously she had been wrong again. She turned then walking further into the abandoned mansion her long brunette hair flowing behind her as she stalked silently up the stairs and into the top most tower, she wondered if he'd find her there, knowing his fear of heights. Hearing her name called again and again she shuddered. Looking at the stairs she wonders if he dared to come this high. "Sister, oh sister, please come down, i only wish to talk." She had heard thoses words before and had believed them until he had trapped her in his room and tried but failed to have his way with her. She had hurt him greatly until he let her leave, she wondered if he even remembered. "go away Demitri, i'm not interested in marriage, father even said no, so just leave me alone now." Stephni called down as she saw a flicker of light at the bottom of the steps. That flickering light held her gaze for a moment, niether her or her brother needed extra light to see by, it had her puzzled until she smelt the smoke of burning fabric. Thinking as she ran 'thank rat b*****d, he's going to burn me alive' fleeing faster down the stairs she stopped just short of leaving the mansion, seeing her brother standing there, smiling softly she walked out a look of murder upon her usual gentle face. "Last warning Demitri, leave or this will be the last night u'll ever see." Stephni watches as Demitri's sword of darkness appears in his hands. "then let us finish this feud once and for all Stephni, we'll see who comes out victor." Demitri smiles evilly as he finishes saying the words to start the personal duel. "Don't back me into a corner Demitri, do u not remember what i am like?" Stephni asked her Blood's Bane broad sword appearing in her hands. Shaking his head Demitri lurnched into a series of over and under hand attacks his sword lighter then Stephni's but he had less practice. Counter attacking her brother's attacks Stephni drove her sword into his gut and rips it up his body whispering as he died "I brought ur almost death last time, may the Goddess be merciful upon ur rotten soul brother." Pulling her sword free Stephni turned to see her father and the other 7 siblings watching not too far away. "Father... he..." Stephni started to mutter as her eyes returned to thier usual hazel green. Putting his hand up her father silenced her. " I do not care for a reason, I told u all to not slay one another and u disobeyed daughter of mine, for this, I can not allow u a home amoungest us anymore" walking forward her father placed his hand on Stephni's shoulder a searing pain shot through her arm as she screamed in pain. Falling to her knees she looks up at her father her left hand over her burning right shoulder. "Upon this mark is the chance for the 5 sons and 2 daughters of the Hiwatari clan to gain the respect of thier father in killing a family traitor. Leave now, one day will pass before the children of the Hiwatari clan come after u child." After saying to formal words of exile, her father turned walking away, her siblings looking at her moments before they too, turned exiling her from thier lives. Whispering in pain Stephni called to them. "Please.. please come back..." With no reply to those pleeing words she forces herself onto her knees and started to walk, she knew her death would come swift if she didn't move on. © 2012 Bryanna - QueenStephni |
