As Children Laugh

As Children Laugh

A Poem by Kat Leila

When children laugh

When children laugh,
Weary hearts jump.
Sad mouths smile, and ...

Clouds become a little fluffier.

When children laugh,
Bird song becomes clearer,
The air is filtered from hateful sounds.

When children laugh,
Old men behind the wrinkled faces become boys yet again.
Women aged feel the radiance of loves first kiss.

When children laugh,
The world for a short time becomes better. For when children laugh,
We know there is still happiness.

I live for when children laugh.

JC
beautiful sentiment, I could feel that summer day and hear the children laughing and how simple things like that can suddenly and completely change your emotions for the better.
