Peace come easy
drift through my soul,
find a resting place in my shattered heart.
Peace come easy, from me never part

 

 

Love come swiftly,
Show me that your real.
Remind me that this lonely girl your gentleness can feel.

 

Strength come abundantly,
fill me up with power.
Lest I fear, lest I worry; defend me in my weakest hour.

 

Joy come easily, joy come sweet
endless pleasure surround me.
Wrap me in a blanket of goodness from my head down to my feet.

 

Kindness come endlessly, 
 shine in a world so dark
touching souls, on tender lives
leave your mark.

I find your style very lyrical, it has music to it and this one especially feels like a powerful prayer song...the message is very sweet yet strong and deep. I can almost here a guitar playing while you sing this.

...I was sitting at my desk with my heart in my hands. By my heart I mean my phone, within it the name of the man I love, within it no messages from him..no calls. I sat at my desk with a black pen and white paper, and prayed in the only way I know how....with written words, smeared with silent fear and constant worry. I prayed, and yet he still did not reach for me. Yet, I felt okay.
