A poem about falling in love

"
When he stares into my eyes,
My heart is filled with butterflies.
Unbeknownst to him, my thoughts run wild
Rational decisions no more as my brain is fried.
My head fills with all his pleasant features
As I'm slowly falling deeper.

His smile, down my spine, it sends shivers
And turns me into such a giver.
For as I fall, I want to hand over my everything,
My everything, to the boy who makes my heart bloom like spring.
All because I'm in love
With this boy sent from above.

Like quicksand, he pulls me in
Unwilling to fight, I let him win.
The more time I spend,
The deeper I fall in the end.
No parachute needed, I'm falling free
Because I'm confident he's there waiting to catch me.

His perfect smiles and laughs are all I need
To send me falling at a great speed.
This free fall, I'm reluctant to end,
So, this love I'll continue to extend.
At least until he tells me to stop,
I'll love him nonstop.

I'm falling so hard.
No idea if I'll leave unscarred,
For I'm way too shy to confess
But I want to be his happiness.
Hoping that he feels the same is all I can do,
Hoping we'll be one of the lucky few.

Happily spending time together,
No matter the spontaneous weather.
Lovingly holding hands,
Doing what my heart commands,
Loving each other substantially.
But for now, it's all fantasy.
