People always leave

Hidden within a crowd
Yet freakishly alone
Just like a moving cloud
From its company torn

With people everywhere
It's hard to feel that way
But just like the invisible air
Always around, yet always away

Life stole everyone from me
With all its ups and downs
It wouldn't let us be
And just had to spread the frowns

We were all split apart
With no way to return
I should've known from the start
But i guess i never learn

Each time i fit in
Trouble finds its way through
No matter what i try, i never win
I have no idea what to do

This is the cycle of life
People come and go
It doesn't settle with one knife
As it savors every blow

Nothing stays the same
Since people always leave
As hard as it is to tame
Life is a dangerous web to weave

So enjoy it while you can
With every single friend of yours
Before everything turns wan
And you run out of cures
