Finding What's Lost

Finding What's Lost

A Poem by QuayvonS

Forgive me for I will not take your sins on my shoulder.
I will not put you to ease while I sob on my knees.
I will not take the blame you knotted inside my hair,
Every morning having to comb through kinks to see own my beauty.
I will forget the process in which I learned how to love,
whether it be from killing a dove, or from the God above.
I will forget because living with this regret is too much

Still yet, why do I mourn for your touch?

How to escape a maze that had no end and you come to realise your back at a beginning? Yes, circles everywhere
