Dancing the dance of life

Dancing the dance of life

A Poem by Quaddeth
"

I felt a warmth just knowing I wasn't in a rush anywhere. This will be the last poem i'll release for a while so savour it.

"

Slow yourself,

Take a seat,

Take your time,

Take the time to breathe.

Oxygenate your brain,

Ground yourself.

Inflate your conscience.

Do not neglect,

Or fail to respect,

The time you get,

To watch others,

Dance the dance of life.

As the boss man beckons,

As the blue tit bleeps,

As the bullet flies,

And the sirens weep,

As the hearse eases heavily and the mobile phone moans,

I urge you to stroll,

Sit,

Watch,

Watch the world worry themselves,

Into that cold lonely pit.

I don't usually colour my texts as I think a poem needs standalone value, however blue seems a fitting colour haha, try not to review the colour as well, its only a hue :)

your poem embodies the rush as well as fluid pause perfectly through composition~ the world is a mad hatter of input we all need to disengage from now and then and submerge in the actuality of existence and all the wonders it has to offer if we just shut down our own hard drive and just 'be'~
