Speech Bubble

Speech Bubble

A Poem by QRamble

 I do not think before I speak.
This troubles me from week to week.
My words echo into the air;
I wonder if they know I care.

I am not careful with my speech;
I know not how far my words reach.
My words of compassion are rare;
I wonder if they know I care.

I sometimes fail to hold my tongue;
my experience still seems young.
I don't know how much I can share;
I wonder if they know I care.
