Broken Crayons </3

Broken Crayons A Poem by Fallen Angel
"

I was just depressed when I wrote it. Feeling rather nostalgic. There's one word that... MIGHT not be suitable for those of you who don't like cussing. Haaaa.

"
I wish I were a kid again.
When I was stupid and didn't know anything of the world.
When I didn't know about all the bad things that happen.
Like rape, kidnapping, stealing and other things.
I was in my own little happy world.
Where a crayon breaking is maybe the worst thing that happens.
But I will never have that luxury again.
I could never forget about all the s**t  that goes on.
I will never forget the pain and misery I've gone through.
My heart has been broken so many times that soon I won't be able to feel any pain at all.
I just hope someday soon I'll be able to escape this inhumane world and be free.

Stephen gave you some very good advice. Work with it a little. Your words might be stronger . . . :)

The crayon breaking is the best image in this piece. I'd start over with that, and try to use more images to convey your meaning as opposed to coming right out and explaining everything. "Kid Again" is also a little cliche. How about "Longing for Broken Crayons"?
