Everlasting Pain

This pain is what comes into my life, 

overshadowing every aspect of my life. 

I can't control it, but do I want too?

I wish it to end but it won't. 

everlasting pain, that 

drives into muscles, and mind,

causing heart aches and head aches, 

and deep body aches 

as if I can control it, 

as if I could live with it. 

I just want it to end.

While one can't control where pain originates from, those sources that seem to be plentiful and diverse in the masses of humanity. We all have the ability to choose how that pain is dealt with, within ourselves. We have that choice to determine if we let it be an anchor, holding us down from doing what we desire, or to view it as a cloud in the jet stream, one that is there for a fleeting moment and then gone. Just my philosophy on it.
