Don't Matter

Don't Matter

A Poem by Bethany Woody

Don’t matter which road I choose,
or if I win or loose.
Don’t matter if I die today,
or what others say.

Don’t matter if I’m wrong or right,
 if I run or fight.
Don’t matter if it’s easy or hard,
 if my heart I guard.

Don’t matter what’s on the other side,
or if it’s truth or lies.
Don’t matter if I fall or climb,
or if it’s reason or rhyme.

Always another adventure ,
just waiting around the next corner.
What counts is that adventure,
the rest don’t matter.

Each breath matters much. It is the ticket to every adventure. So long as there's life, we'll not run out of adventures. Keep writing---explore!

This is my letter to the world, That never wrote to me,- The simple news that Nature told, With tender majesty. Her message is committed To hands I cannot see; For love of her, sweet .. more..
