![]() The Ocean ViewA Poem by Bethany Woody![]() Contest writing.![]() Rushing in along the sand the ocean reaches to touch the land Gentle rocking little waves inside his boat the fisherman brave.
Ever casting as to reap as the sun sinks into the deep Splashing crimson across the cloud fisherman's catch leaves him proud.
But looking out along the dunes and listening to the cry of loons He realizes he's all alone His boat sets off with a gentle groan.
