The Evil In Us All

Another poem....again

I've been called by many things,

But Evil is my name

I live within the hearts of men, 

Where hatred stakes Its claim

I'm sure you think you know me,

But I'm not the man you see

I'm only just a figment of,

Your own insanity

I prey upon your darkest fear,

And feed on all your pain

I've shatter every dream you've had,

Til nothing else remained

I'll slowly take your very life,

Just one breath at a time

And destroy all that which makes you you

Til everything is mine

Even though I'm not alone,

And so many take the fall

The only thing we have to fear,

Is the Evil in us all
