Though clouds have formed within my soul,
These months we've been apart
And though the sun may never shine,
Your love shines in my heart

I know I promised you the moon,
But pain is all you've seen
When selfish pride was all that fueled,
My insecurities

I'll live these days in deep regret,
For putting you through this
And dream at night of nothing more,
Than tasting your sweet kiss

Although these days may turn to years,
Behind these concrete walls
And if we both are true at heart,
Then love can conquer all

Since time has ways to open eyes,

They say, the sad truth is that so many are in love, yet apart..while the other are togther, but not in love. Ya gotta wonder...does Love prevail or forever reside in one's heart?
