Secluded Annihilation

 Scarlet roses bloomed slowly from her nose, traveling south tinting her lips, she pierced her nails into my arm,as the lambent moonlight crisped her sorrel hair. The wind exhaled into the trees, ripples projecting onto her skin. Her eyes glossed as death abjured her, and I had been the one holding the knife burnished with crimson.
