We humans are very simple creature on this earth. But we manipulate ourselves our thinkings our ways of life. Our voice our clothes our faces. They say be yourself, and when you achieve that you are no longer viable to the society, because they want you to be who they want us to be. Generally speaking of that box where we are in from age 3 the school, the teacher in there  won't even appreciate you if are not raising hand answering their question doing what they say to do. So we become accustomed to follow the rules, then speaking of that college and degree classes where we go to pursue our dreams. And all in all somehow we land up in a box that is office, timing ,regulations, smile, respect, tie, suit, everything everthing everything to pay our bills. And the process continueues.
It is as if we were born with a manual, we were supposed to what others did and also be happy to be doing what everyone does and living upto the mark of those parents societal norms.
So what could we possibly do to find or figure out ourselves. Do we live by what they say or do we find our own way, the truth the happiness.

I agree with the premise you have so eloquently have written.
I don't think great leaders and great inventors followed the rules. they made their own for others to follow.
Being yourself is much easier than trying to be somebody else

Yes i am trying to find the answer too. Also trying to be myself but it's much complex in here.
