New Found Pain


The piece of heart, I have of you,

You give to many, you trust to few.

Even though you put me away,

Patiently I wait for the day.


The day you finally see;

The day I am judgment free.

The day we resume our role,

For this is taking its toll.


Am I to be silly fool?

As I await your just rule?

Judgment passes by your hand;

As I await pending brand,


The love that’s lost, to be found,

Time must pass, before rebound.

Again I wait, waiting still;

Though my patience, shrinking bill.
