“A wolves jaw can generate 1500 psi of pressure twice that of a German shepherd, wolves have 421 teeth, the incisors and canines and used for puncturing, slashing and clinging. The pre molars and molars are used for tearing a shredding. The carnassials teeth are designed to shred tendons and connective tissue while the back teeth are used for cracking bone. Combined, these teeth make it one of the most dangerous set of jaws on an animal.”

Homework, research, no copy and pasting. I couldn’t believe I was really doing homework without doing it the night before or using something found from the internet. I couldn’t help myself be interested in the spiritual animal stuff. There was no way I would tell anybody about it. If my friends knew I was genuinely interested in doing work they would freak, I still couldn’t believe it myself, I was still finding it hard to concentrate on not just searching the internet for something interesting. Either way though, this was interesting to me. I wasn’t really doing it because it was homework; I was doing it because I wanted to know about it. The thought of becoming more like an animal interested me, I wasn’t to bothered about what animal but it was just amazing me to think about it, I wouldn’t tell anyone because it was like one of those things where you want it to just be you, in my head I pictured becoming like an animal, and people thinking it was cool or something, and they wouldn’t know how to do it. Most of it was that I wanted to be unique; most people do with these types of things though.

“Jake!”
“Yeah?” I replied to the shout
“Dinners in about five minutes, what you doing up there”
“Homework” I shouted down
“Okay, sure thing” He shouted back sarcastically. Typical, even my dad making jokes about me actually doing my homework, I had to admit it was hard to believe.

I ate dinner in my room that night, spent as much time as I could researching about how to connect to your spirit animal, it was one of those things that takes time but you always look for a way to do it in a day. Search after search proved results that were just the same, it would tell you how cool and awesome it is to be like your spirit animal, then it turns out you pay like one hundred quid a week for some crappy programme that was obviously fake. It was like those muscle work out powder things. All a cheap rip off scam.

I was about to give up when I found a site. This site was different, it didn’t have the usually bullcrap where it says, do you want thing, do you want that, well you can, just keep reading etc. This one was real, I could tell straight away. It didn’t make you do a test to find out what your spirit animal is where you can obviously lie; this one told you how to find it within yourself. I was awake all night doing what the website told me to find my spirit animal, it advised you did it about three times to make sure, it was like a science experiment, repeat three times to get more accurate answers etc. You’re meant to have a sort of epiphany and you realise what you are and so on, it sounded epic. I wasn’t to bothered about what my spirit animal was, I was just exited which wasn’t helping to find out what it is, I needed to be calmer which is why it took all night.

All of a sudden, it happened.
