Pink-peace Kawaii

Pink-peace Kawaii

A Poem by Simon Welsh
"

Touch down at the pink air strip

"

Party at the ivory tower

Hang some corpses

blood-letting shower

Paint the sky with your eyes

and maybe we can cure this indecision

Touch down at the pink air strip

we'll hang our fears from the

fleshy airplanes

Even though sex unnerves me

we'll find our inner peace

in a world far form this

I exist among the faceless

They're bright; I am in their shadow

Stop reminding me of who

I am never going to be

and maybe we can break this addiction

Touch down at the pink air strip

I've wanted to escape

since I learned how to fall apart

We'll celebrate how different we are

just because we don't belong

doesn't mean we do not matter

This is really deep and it's got a lot of emotions in it, which definitely gives it a lot of different perspectives.

Nice work, keep it up
