![]() FrostA Poem by Sarah McKeever HittFrost they say it's coming to cover the trees and the streets and the windows everything will be cold and new white and frozen sitting in patience til the sun comes to thaw those intentions of a life for the future.
The streets will be still the silent applause hanging in the air meant for the ears of those of us who stayed for the long haul.
our reward will be our misty white breath which escapes to heaven and hell telling whoever is in control of the crystal cool air that we are ready to love and grow and be just as we have always wanted.
