Sacred and Equal

Sacred and Equal

A Poem by Sarah McKeever Hitt

Sacred and equal

to all the kingdom of heaven

In the light of the almighty

I take you as my savior

In all of your glory

aat your best and your worst

I will make you see yourself

as the ultimate in perfection

The way I see you.

Macgentic by nature

hiding for the sake of charity

blind the unworthy eyes on the stree

I yield to how much I love you

Intense by the grace of the father

my life belongs to you now

to be lived for an eternity of joy

the likes I have never imagined

I love you

today, and until the world fades

In my last spoken moment

let it be known that I was, am and always be

in love with you.
