Happy Saturday.

Happy Saturday.

A Poem by Sarah McKeever Hitt

Something fantastic
traces my senses
elicit affair
ever pending

Transferring messages
telling of secrets
keep it in the closet
forever.

Not to be spoken
hearts burst forth
affirming the notion
together for now.

Hushed voices
giggling silently
showing the world
we don't care

Alone together
fleeting moments
give way to good-byes
expected

And we are fine
with closure of day
holding forever clinging to
a second no one can steal.
