So come to me quickly, but when you see me walk slowly.

So come to me quickly, but when you see me walk slowly.

My lover
my life
I am standing here alone yet excitable
waiting for you
listening to music
feeling the eyes of the people we love
watching me breathe.
So come to me quickly
but when you see me walk slowly
Because I want to remember that moment
for the rest of my life.
You are simple and perfect
And I may be impatient
But I am telling my heart to take you all in
For in no time we will be grey
and our color will be memories
and our love will be but a whispered story
our children tell their children
so at this moment come to me quickly
but when you see me walk slowly because
This is the moment I want to stay in
for the rest of my life
