as only i can

as only i can

A Poem by Sarah McKeever Hitt

Glare and sparks
hand me down the line
fill my cup with all the fire
trust me to lie to you
as only i can

Take apart my complete puzzle
enrage my lamb still heart
dam the flood water I cry
when you give your heart up for sale

Because with you I die slowly.
