DarknessA Poem by PsycheDeep into the darkness I peer and I see, all my horrible truths reflected back on me. The skeletons I try so hard to ignore are dancing at my back door begging to be let in and fill my head- the only thing I can wish for - is to be dead. Dance on my soul, taps and ballet I sigh and I scream for peace from this play but rest- is not what they have in store, as they scratch at my brain and ask for more. I can no longer fight them they're stronger than me Those skeletons, in the dark, when I peek in- I see. © 2009 PsycheAuthor's Note
