Just a couple haiku for you today. The skies around my new digs are superb. Both photos were taken by me. The clouds from my front yard and the aurora from my backyard. The aurora was from more than a month ago. Last night was cloudy and so I could not not catch the storm. Hopefully, tonight will be better and the magnetic skies will still have some fire left in them. [Cotton Tsunami] is a recent composition and [Aurora Dances] is featured in Tatoo, Calling All Soldiers Home. The link is above, contained in the post. Did you guys get any good aurora shots ... loved to see them. Be by later this weekend to return reviews:):):)

Beginning to gather Petals of possibilities. The Wisp of my Heart knows where to Start. tenderly, Pat
Hi Pryde, good to see your posts once again. I have missed reading you. Loved both your Haikus Pryde. I am not trying to be contrary, but the Northern Lights have always fascinated me, both the beauty of them, as well as the reasons for them. So, they do not leave me cold. Aurora, Goddess of Dawn, always in love, so the mythology goes. And, for that brief moment that it is you she loves, well, that is a warm feeling is it not?? And what a fitting name Aurora Borealis, the fleeting love of solar winds and magnetic earth.
Anyway.... Thanks Pryde for sharing your haikus and for the great photos.

Ha!! minus 40, a real heat wave Pryde... er... I mean... perhaps if you join me in some hot chocolate, it might feel warm. A toast: to Aurora and her "warmth"!!! ;0)
Great Haikus Pryde. It's good to see you stopping by.
The earth can be magnificent and monstrous too. Since the beginning of science men have been trying to solve its mysteries. Your pictures are excellent. Cotton Tsunami is such a unique way of describing passing clouds.
Amazing Haikus dear Pryde. One day I will go to deep Minnesota and I will see the Aurora sky. Hello dear friend and I hope you are doing well and you are enjoying the days of October.
