So much of our posturing comes from our own insecurities. Peacocks are so lovely, they can turn our eyes away from what we don't want to see or hide their true intentions. It is better to just be and let the beauty around us surround us. I enjoy your style.

Great topic - nature always interest me especially fronting in nature - I have often heard the example of birdsong as being one way nature invented for preventing actual fisticuffs in bird species (best song wins - like X-Factor) but then you watch 'em and they love a good old scrap too - lol.

Hi Pryde,

I gave a nice peacock image to my primary care doctor. I love her but can't give her a hug. Ah professionalism facade I can live with that. However, there are fools (I'm being kind) who don't know there fools that drive me up the wall. Since retirement I've reduced that experience greatly!
