I- a known stranger

I- a known stranger

A Poem by Prritiy
"

an old write, edited.

"

O’ how much I crave for your love

Love which never came my way

That tenderness of your eyes
whispering " Yes, you are mine
"

The touch of belongingness

I feel and dream myself as  yours
But you seem strangely distant
to me
You enjoy around with everyone
You, too compassionate to others
While you are oblivious to me

I remain behind shadows

my touch fearing disapproval

As, I am still a stranger

A Known Stranger

hi prritiy ...
we all know, i know that you are longing for this person who might not even know you exist and yes you could be just a stranger ...
does this person know you even exist?
if yes - more work for you, if not even more is being cut out for you
you know ... relationship is a two-way street
good luck and thanks for sharing your thoughts with us.
please write more, talented prritiy girl

p.s. what (if any) does your name mean?

Thank you so much for the appreciation :)
Prritiy, THIS one "touched". I wish I had read it first, because of the three I've read now - it really brought YOU into your writing. It has emotional power and draw, and the clarity of real.

This is a wonderful statement on a crisis in relationship.
Such situation may be encountered very frequently.
The poet has a great insight of the actual crisis.
She is appreciated for depicting it vividly.
