Journal entry #3A Poem by ProxyMarieAnother one for a setThe sun rays fall upon the meadow, And the creatures jump to life. Flowers that stand tall remain yet yellow, Tiny footprints are made by mice. Strong roots, Not yet shall they wither, This tree provides its fruits , Feeding several animals their dinner. Animals scurry around busily, Insects hum their wondrous tune, But no its getting late -- They've fed their family efficiently, It’s time to make way for the coming of the moon. Another day has come to pass, As the sun settles below the sky, Wishing this summer feeling would last, Keeping us forever high. © 2014 ProxyMarieAuthor's Note
