Sweetly Ending Limericks

A sweet old lady with a beard

Needed a barber to be sheared

But she met some friendly bees

For a comfy rental fees

She let them lay eggs in her beard

 

A wee little man from Rangoon

Wanted to fly off on a spoon

He took the marital wow

With a fat and fluffy cow

They flew to the moon for honeymoon

There once lived a wizard so tall

Thru each bloody door he had to crawl

When he went to the pub

The people looked like stubs

They sent him off to play volleyball 

There was a pervert poet named Dick

who was too fancy for a limerick

so he hid it in a quatrain

in a two, four syllable strain

and called the new style a limpdick

A bearded lady. You know I would hate that. Some dark haired ladies do end up with a flurry of hair where they don't want it. Not me. My hair is firmly on my head. It wouldn't dare travel anywhere else. More limericks to make us smile Ditzy :) Thank you.

Did you ever see the bearded lady in the Eurovision song contest Ditzy.? Well actually it was a man, but fully made up as a woman and very glamorous with it. He had a mop of beautiful long black hair, long lashes and a full matching beard. When I read your limerick, you brought him back to me. I hope yesterday was a wonderful day for you. I saw an old lady with almost a beard once so that limerick is particularly witty for me! The prospect of one having eggs laid in it though...ewwww. Your mind is always turning over, Ms Kat! Lol. More fun reads.
