Someone is haunting me! Help!

You are haunting my room!

I can feel you leer 

In a little place in my head

Your shadow falls faintly

upon my ruffled, little bed

Horns on your head obscene

Even as a ghost you

look so boo-worthy mean

Stop dancing on my walls

Like a piss-weak candle flame

A gust of such smelly air

rowdy in death you remain

Dangling upside down

From spindly roadside poles

Booing at every passing soul

An ugly lil specter of lust

The reason you were killed

And put to dust and rust

Time to erase you, coffin and bier

Boo your ashes into space

Kick you out with the flaggin fire

begone Satan! comes to mind ;) lust is a tempting little bugger isn't it ... as we lay in bed letting thoughts wander ... Sex! the human drive of all drives ... like so many strong things ...easy to become corrupt .. smelly as you say :) i like how your protagonist takes charge .. as children realize the boogy man is not real we loose a bit of childhood innocence i think ... as i think about it just now .. maybe one of the first steps in "growing up" ... fun read .. inspires deeper thoughts in me ...
