PreludeA Chapter by Robert J PoeWhat do Fears do?
Every fear is startled awake on the unusually dark morning of an early fall day. This sensation brings an instantaneous placement of the real world into a classic, or even modern, horror film. Setting out from the comfort and tranquility of home and past the white, wooden walls that protects the view, brings forth the sight of calm, dark, and ominous settings that send a jolt of craven wants through the mind. It is a setting that is the playground for all the fears that lay locked away in daylight. The mind lets go of reason and unleashes the vast number of terrors that flood the mind with loath of the walk. Every fear, even the insignificant fears that the mind only created out of memories of movies and novels, enter the realm of reason adroitly and cause a holocaust to the rational and the righteous thought of the brain. It is dreadful to move into the world of darkness when the world of safety is just steps behind; however' it is impossible to look back. Even through the discomfort of the walk, the body says to push on. The first step into the realm of darkness is taken, and the possibility of turning back is annihilated. © 2013 Robert J PoeAuthor's Note
