Robotic Men

Robotic Men

A Poem by ProfessorPadilla
"

This is just how I see the school system.

"
I sit in a room full of Robotic men
Robotic men who do not think.
They have been made to be the perfect workers,
workers who do not ask question.
All they know how to do is copy and paste,
copy and paste as they fill in the blank.

But a robotic man can not be perfect,
perfect robots do not exist.
They are programmed to only do a few things,
things that require them not to think.
Because they do not think they do not care,
They care only for themselves.

These robotic men are honestly stupid,
stupid and have no common sense.
But I feel pity for these robotic men,
men that don't realize what they are.
Luckily I realize what I am,
I am a robotic man.

Great poem, I like how the lines have certain synergy and that the overall message is about the often mundane repetitions humanity goes through. The only thing that erked me was the word stupid in the last stanza, its a bit too conversational
