Nothing Changes

Life is unfortunately a story I have no control over.
Although I sit here and plead to the Author,
nothing has changed.

I have unfortunately been  the victim of another one of his jokes.
I sit questioning his morals but I came to the realization,
nothing will change.

The author has unfortunately made me his favorite.
I know this for a fact now and I realized,
nothing will ever change.
