Chapter 1 of my stroy, ENJOY

Chapter 1: in the beginning 

“Hey, Luce, you up baby?” Says Charlie whilst waking in his bed, she looks over to him and sees his scared face from the boxing match he had done the night before and says, “Morning baby” and kisses him on his bruised cheek, “I’ll go put the kettle on and make you a nice cup of coffee”

She walks down the warm stairs with her hair waving everywhere because she had not yet brushed it, she walks through the dark and unlit Living room, with the smell of burning coming from the neighbours garden from the barbeque they had late last night, she walks into the kitchen and flicks the light switch down so that she can see, she walks over the cold wooden floor and flicks the black and purple kettle on, she walks back into the living room and opens the curtains at the front of the house, she looks out side no one is to be seen outside, she can only see cracked house windows and blood on the walls, she is horrified, she walks to the bottom of the stairs in the cold hallway, she shouts Charlie from the upstairs bedroom, which is filled with the scent of tea and coffee.

“Charlie! Come have a look at this!” she shouts.

He walks down the newly carpeted stairs and walks into the still dull living room, he looks through the front window, and he cannot believe what is in front of his eyes.

“It’s like a ghost town, where the hell is everybody?” Charlie says in horror.

“Charlie, we need to find Jill, her house is destroyed, the windows... A... and all of that blood…. My god!! Charlie, W…. What is that?” she says in terror looking through to Jill’s house

“I don’t know Luce… I don’t know” he replies to her.
