The Strongest Soul

This poem is about the strength and power within everyone.

She keeps her head held high

At the hardest of times, she does not cry

And when there is sorrow

There is external strength for her to borrow

She is strong

She will always prove the world wrong

When they think she might fail

She tells the earth a different tale

She is the perfect example of inner power

She is the highest, tallest, biggest tower

The deepest, bluest, clearest sea

There is truly no one the same as she

Because she is the strongest, toughest, spirited soul

And no one but herself can make her whole

ProCoacoa, When I read this piece for the Bad a*s women contest, I saved it to the winning side right away. I like that no matter what comes her way, she has decided she will handle it, she will overcome. These lines made it for me:
