Swimming New Seas

I wrote this when I got out of a very unhealthy and unhappy relationship. Its about new hopes and dreams and moving on.

I still might not be over you

Somewhere in the back of my mind

But all the bullshit we put each other through

Has made me leave the past behind

I am treading new waters

Swimming new seas

Its time to move some mountains

Because Im finally free

Of the toxic relationship

That almost killed us both

But I feel anew

And its time for some growth

The bad days are behind me 

Its time for some healing

My heart wont be broken for too long

Happiness is what Im finally feeling
